Ingredients

1/3 cup Extra Crunchy Skippy Super Chunk
2 medium Bananas
1/3 cup Lifeway Nonfat Kefir, Plain Unsweetened
1 cup Stonyfield Organic Plain Smooth & Creamy nonfat yogurt
1 pkg Jell-o Chocoloate Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding (not prepared)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and in a medium mixing bowl blend together with a hand mixer or immersion blender.
Pour into shallow baking dish and place in freezer. After 45 minutes remove from freezer and scrape down the sides with a spatula as they freeze. Remove from freezer and scrape/mix the mixture every 30 minutes until frozen (may take up to 4 hours depending on shallowness of dish - the trick is to keep adding air into the mix so it is smooth and creamy, rather than freezing into a solid mass.) Once frozen, transfer to storage container with lid and keep in freezer.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 9 1/3 cup servings
