    1/8 cup ground rolled oats or quick oats(oat flour)
    1/8 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp coconut oil
    .5 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 fresh apple


Grinding half of the oats makes a smoother bowl of oatmeal, more like instant oatmeal packets. Sub any other serving of fruit or stir in a fruit puree. Grind your own oat flour in your blender or food processor. make several "packets" for the entire week of snacking with the oat flour already ground to make prep quicker.


Mix water, oats and oat flour and microwave for 1 minute or until done. Add coconut oil, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir to combine. Eat with the apple.
