I made this last night and my husband said to keep the recipe. I made it again tonight to finish up the leftover ham we had. I like it because there is no layering of flour on the potatoes, then a layer of onions and makes this dish easy to prepare. It tastes great too! - 4/4/13

I was amazed at how simple and delicious this recipe turned out. I used crushed dried onions. Even my husband loved this one. The only problem is I wanted to keep eating it! - 10/11/11

    Incredible!
Really liked this recipe! I've made it before where you put it in layers and the flour sometimes doesn't mix with the milk. This was perfect. I used chopped onion and put it in the oven. Thank you so much for a great way to fix an old favorite!! - 4/15/09
