Number of Servings: 24


    4.6 lb pork shoulder
    1 cup BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays is my choice)
    1.5 cup water
    1.5 diced bell peppers
    2 serrano peppers
    2-3 cloves garlic minced
    pepper to taste


If needed after turn crock pot on high to thicken sauce


to slow cooker add BBQ sauce garlic and half peppers. Use water to wash out containers.
Add pork and cover with rest of ingredients.
Cook on low 6-8 hrs
Shred pork and add back to mix.

Serving Size: makes 24 servings about 1/2 cup each
