    shrimp 2lb
    roma tomatoe 10
    onions 4-5 small
    ketchup 1 cup
    cucumber 3 seeded chopped
    orges juiced 4
    lemons juiced 4
    limes juiced 3
    cilantro one bunch

Tips

great for tacos tostadas, chips, very fresh and refreshing tasting


Directions

chop evrything and combine. usually you dont cooke the shrimp just chop it and put it in with the mixture and the juice "cooks" the shrimp. I on the other hand usually chop and quicky stem the shrimp because i dont like the over powering taste of the the fishy shrimp.
