Ingredients

    Broccoli Florets
    Red Potatoes
    Zucchini
    Squash
    Carrots
    Olive Oil
    Seasongins (garlic powder, salt, pepper) according to taste

Directions

Slice veggies & potatoes, put in Ziplock Zip n Steam bag with seasoning. Microwave 4 minutes. If needed, microwave in 30 second increments until desired tenderness.

Divide into 5 equal servings

    sounds amazing, but instead i use the veggie steamer for this rather than plastic which can cause cancer, etc. - 1/1/10
