Introduction

Ingredients

    1 whole melon of Spaghetti squash
    1/2 of small can of mushrooms
    20 fresh spinach leaves
    1/2 of can of diced tomatos
    1/2 cup fresh zuchinni
    6 oz grilled chicken
    1 jar Bertolli alfredo sauce

Tips

For a healthier option with lower soidum use fresh vegies, and grill your own chicken. Of course use as many vegies as you want for your liking. I am always in a hurry so canned vegies it is for me.


Directions

boil spagetti squash for 20 min. Scrap out with spoon into pan. Add spinach, diced tomatos, mushrooms, and zucchinni if desired. For a quick dish I use the precooked grilled chicken and add it at this time as well. Cook on med heat covered for about 20 Min till squash is clear looking and all other vegies are tender.Then add Alfredo sauce and heat till warm and serve!
