    3 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    Splash Lemon Juice
    Seasonings to taste: Basil, Garlic, Sea or Kosher Salt, Pepper, whatever
    1/2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan


Mix all ingredients except cheese together, pour over salad, sprinkle grated Parmesan over top

Makes enough for one large salad
