Ingredients

    1 pound sliced whole pork loin
    1.5 medium Apples cubed
    1 medium onion diced
    1 large sweet red bell pepper
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp fresh diced ginger root
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    130 grams Taipan stir fry noodles (1/3 bag)

Directions

Fry pork, onions, garlic and ginger in sesame oil. Once pork browns combine all other ingredients except noodle. Cook 4-5 minutes add noodles, cover and cook another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
