Ingredients

    2 boxes Zatarain's Yellow Rice (dry)
    5 cups of Fat Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
    2 cans 98% fat free Campbell's Cream of Chicken
    12 oz Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips
    2 cups of mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat slow cooker on high.

Pour chicken broth in slow cooker. Whisk in the cream of chicken soup. Add dry Zatarain's, mushrooms, and onions. Stir until mixed thoroughly.

Cook for 2.5 hours on high. Add chicken, corn, and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted, cover and cook additional 30 minutes.
