Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups sliced mushroom
    1 onion sliced
    2 tbls. unsalted butter
    2 tbls. olive oil
1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can campbell's cheddar cheese soup
    1 tsp salt-free garlic & herb seasoning
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1 tsp onion powder

Tips

You can reduce the amount of mushrooms if you want less. You can add other vegetables if you want such as broccoli, carrots, etc and even spicy peppers. I made this for my kids and they don't really like spicy foods.

Directions

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter and olive oil, add the seasonings. When liquid comes out of pan, reserve in separate bowl for later (don't toss). Saute mushrooms until cooked down. Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup - will make a very thick sauce. Add the mushroom liquid, spoonful at a time, to think sauce and keep adding liquid until its at your desired thickness and/or thinness. Add cooked, sliced chicken breast meat. Pour over cooked pasta of choice.
