Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1 cup chopped tomato
    400g red potato chopped
    1/4 cup green beans

Directions

Saute onion in oil, until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add potato and beans and tomatoes and cook until tender
