Introduction

I served these on Croisants to my guests and without to myself to save calories and carbs.
Served it with Asian Slaw--everyone loved it.

Ingredients

    3 cups shredded chicken
    1/2 cup grapes, cut in 1/4 for each
    finely chopped green apple
    1/2 cup of walnuts, toasted yourself is best
    1/2 cup Vegenaise (or mayo of cours)

Directions

mix all together and serve on bun or croissants if desired.
