Easy, no muss, no fuss supper Easy, no muss, no fuss supper

    2-3 lb Venison roast
    5 medium potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
    5 large carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 cups fresh button mushrooms, cut thick (I used just over 1/2 the package they came in)
    6 tsp Mrs. Dash original blend seasoning
    No Salt seasoning to taste


mix potatoes, carrots, mushrooms with Mrs. Dash and No salt and put in bottom of slow Cooker. Place meat on top and coat with Mrs. Dash seasoning. Add enough water to almost cover the meat. Pour onions on top of meat. Cover and cook for 6 hours or until meat is fall apart tender.

Serving Size: serves 8 easily
