Ingredients

    1 lb. beef chuck-cut up into small pieces
    3 cans baked beans-28 oz each
    1 can tomato juice-46oz
    1 can V8 juice-11.5 oz
    1 envelope chili seasoning or 2 tsp chili seasoning

Directions

brown meat until almost cooked, while cooking meat put all other ingredients into crock pot and stir. When meat is cooked add to crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hrs or high 4 hrs. If you like it not so thick, use more tomato juice. Makes 24 - 1/2 cup servings. If you prefer ground chuck use 2lb instead of the stew meat. Will change nutritional info
