Introduction

Ingredients

    1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and patted dry
    1/2 cup + 2 T natural almond butter
    2 T Natural coconut sap syrup
    3 T Truvia
    1 t baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 3.5 oz.bar Guylian 54% no-sugar added chocolate - chopped

    Alternative ingredients:
    Peanut butter instead of almond butter.
    1/4 cup honey or agave instead of coconut sap & Truvia.
    Semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of chocolate bar.

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350*. Combine ingredients in a food processor. Process until very smooth. Dough will be quite wet and sticky. Drop by teaspoon-fulls on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Cool for a bit on the pan before removing to rack.
