Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen mangos
    1/2 cup vanillla yogurt
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    3/4 cup spinach

Tips

Try different fruits! I have done this using many different combinations just keeping the milk, yougurt and spinach the same!


Directions

Blend all ingredients well in the blender. If you use fresh fruits instead of frozen you may want to add a little ice to thicken it up.

Serving Size: makes 1 2-cup serving
