Introduction

Moist and easy! Moist and easy!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 large ripe bananas
    Juice of 1 lime (could substitute lemon)
    2 cups flour
    2/3 cup Splenda
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 cup Light Margarine, softened
    2 large eggs

Directions

Mash bananas, then add all remaining ingredients to mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until well-mixed.

Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan, and bake in a 350 degree oven until tested done (50-60 minutes).

If browning too fast, cover with foil during last portion of baking.
