Ingredients

    2 Roma Tomatoes, sliced into thin wedges
    1 C Cucumber, peeled, chopped
    1/4 C onion, chopped finely
    2 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
    Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Slice, peel and chop ingredients and place into a glass bowl. Add Apple Cider Vinegar and then put covered bowl into refrigerator for 20 min to marinate. Add any spices you might like.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings, just split into 2
