Ingredients

    8 ounce box reduced sodium zatarains jambalaya
    1 pound ground chicken 91% fat free
    1/2 of a 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 ziploc zip and steam bag

Directions

Cook ground chicken in skillet with cooking spray til done and set aside. Prepare jambalaya mix as directed on package. While jambalaya is cooking prepare broccoli in a ziploc zip and steam bag for 6 min. in microwave. Add ground chicken and broccoli to jambalaya mix; mix and serve while hot. Makes 6 servings.
