Ingredients

1/2 cup Splenda (or sugar, calorie count reflects Splenda)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup Abuelita mix or Nesquik
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped nuts, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine sugar, butter, oil, and milk in a large bowl; stir well.
Add eggs, and vanilla; stir well again.
In separate bowl combine flour, Abuelita, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until well mixed.
Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 18-23 minutes or until a inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and cut into 32 squares.
