Introduction

If you like Chinese food, you are probably familiar with hoisin sauce, evenif you didn’t know what it was called. Sweet, savory, and thick like mo-lasses, it’s often used in marinades and barbecue sauces as well as on its own. Here it’s a part of the sauce in which you cook and serve lean chicken breasts. Welike this with plenty of brown rice to catch the extra sauce. Adding the chickenfrozen slows down the cooking somewhat, but this is still a relatively quick dish If you like Chinese food, you are probably familiar with hoisin sauce, evenif you didn’t know what it was called.
