Ingredients

    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 3 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large (remove)
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, .5 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) sliced
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 2 tbsp (remove)

Tips

I mashed one banana and sliced the second. Not a big fan of banana texture but love the flavor. Worked well.


Directions

mix oats, baking soda, and salt in large bowl.
in another bowl, wish eggs, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar. Add 1/2 c peanut butter. mix until combined. Pour egg mixture over oats and mix well. Fold in sliced bananas. Pour into sprayed 9x13 dish. bake at 325 for 50 min to 1 hour. Should be browned and set (not wet at all) Let cool for 5 min. spread with 2 tb peanut butter. Top with extra bananas if you like.
