    4 cups fresh spinach, lightly packed
    4 cups frozen whole strawberries (unsweetened)
    1 Tbsp coconut oil
    3 Tbsp vanilla extract
    4 medjool dates, pitted
    ~4 cups water (to desired consistency)


Best immediately, but can be stored for 1 day in the fridge. These are great with breakfast!


Add all ingredients to a VitaMix (or other high-powered blender) and blend until smooth.
