Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c cold water
    2 tsp baking soda
    3 c flour
    5 TB cocoa
    2 c sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 TB vinegar
    1 TB vanilla

Tips

This creates a toothsome, chewy cake. But slather on some frosting for the rest of the family and they'll happily eat it along with you!


Directions

Dissolve baking soda in water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 til done (9 X 13 pan, about 40 minutes. Cupcakes about 15-18 minutes)
