Introduction

Based on Betty Crocker Cheerios pie, but used Greek Yogurt and Fiber One. Based on Betty Crocker Cheerios pie, but used Greek Yogurt and Fiber One.

Ingredients

    Crust:
    2 cups Fiber One, crushed
    3 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt, any flavor
    3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

    Filling:
    2 cups Greek Yogurt, any flavor
    2 cups cherries or strawberries

Directions

Mixed crust ingredients, pat down into pie plate. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Mix filling, pour into crust. Freeze for 4-5 hours.
