Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients
    2 cups white flour
    2 cups uncooked oatmeal
    2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup white sugar
    2 servings protein powder (about 6 tbsp)
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground nutmeg

    Wet ingredients
    20 frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    2 bananas, (frozen is okay)
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground nutmeg

Tips

Use frozen bananas, if too dry add yogurt as an accompaniment.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare and grease 9x13 pan.
Mix dry ingredients and sift.
Mix wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until all ingredients are moistened.
Pour into prepared pan and back until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, approximately 50 minutes.
