Ingredients



    Lentils, 1 cup
    Amaranth Grain 1/2 cup
    kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup
    *Cumin powder, 0.5 tsp
    *ground tumeric, 0.5 tsp
    *Curry Powder, 1 tsp
    *Ground Nutmeg, 0.5 tsp
    *ground black pepper, 1 tsp
    *FRESH chopped tomatoes, Ripe 2 cup
    Salt, 1.5 tsp
    0live oil : 2 tsp

Tips

I cook it over night and them divide the soup into 2 servings and store in the fridge. Any grain and spices of your choice can be used


Directions

wash and chop tomatoes and kale, lentils and put in the slow cooker, add aramanth grain, and all the spices and salt. add 4 cups of chicken broth and cover and cook. Put your slow cooker on low setting and cook for 8 hours. if on high it will cook for 4 hours.
