Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    7.5 cups of cooked whole wheat pasta (1 bag)
    2 TBL butter
    4 cups evaporated fat free milk
    6 cups shredded cheese
    8 oz canned chicken
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I also added some garlic and onion powder, and next round I plan to try different cheeses to create a smoother texture.


Directions

Cook up the noodles (on the firm side)
toss the noodles with the butter
Mix all ingredients into the crock-pot
Set for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low - might want to stir it once in a while.

Serving Size: Makes 20 4oz servings (it is a side dish after all!)
