Ingredients

    1 can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
    1 Can Swanson' Beef Broth Lower Sodium
    1/2 Onion sliced
    18 oz. Beef, eye of round or round steak trimmmed

Directions

Lightly brown meat. Place in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Layer Onion on Meat.
Mix Beef Broth and Soup together. Pour over meat and onions. Cover with foil. Bake at 275 for 3 - 4 hours, until meat is very tender.
Makes 6 - 3oz. serving of meat. 8 - 1/2 cup servings of sauce.
