Ingredients

    Cake Mix Lemon No Name, 12 serving box
    Cool Whip Lite, 8 oz container
    1 large egg, beaten
    Confectioner's Sugar, 1/4 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Mix cake mix with beaten egg, then incorporate the cool whip topping. Scoop rounded teaspoons of batter, then turn the spoon upside down and dip the tops into powdered sugar. Turn the spoon right side up and slide the powdered batter onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool on sheet. Makes 4 dozen cookies
