Introduction

These high protein, low carb pancakes are a great choice for breakfast. These high protein, low carb pancakes are a great choice for breakfast.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 whole sweet potato (cooked)
    1 C liquid egg whites (about 5 egg whites)
    1 serving of vanilla protein powder (I used soy)
    1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
    1 Tbsp raspberries (or other berries)
    1 Tbsp syrup (optional)


Tips

I ate with syrup since it needed a little sweetness in my opinon. Syrup not included in calculations.


Directions

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend. Cooks four pancakes - two pancakes per serving.

Serving Size: Makes 4 pancakes
