Ingredients

    1 bottly low sodium V8 (42 oz.)
    1 can (16 oz.) sweet corn salsa
    1 can (15 oz.) black beans (drained)
    4 T taco seasoning
    1.5 lb cooked and shredded chicken

Tips

Add some frozen veggies when you add the chicken for more crunch. Experiment with a variety of salsas also.


Directions

Mix all ingredients but chicken in Slow Cooker. Cook on Low 4-6 hours. In last hour add cooked and shredded chicken.
