    4 slices bread, toasted & cubed
    3 cups sliced zucchini
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 t garlic salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c shredded Cheddar


1. Oven 350
2. Place bread cubes, zucchini, onion, garlic salt in bowl and mix.
3. Add beaten egg and mix well.
4. Pour into 13 x 9 sprayed pan.
5. Sprinkle cheddar on top and cover with foil.
5. Bake covered for 30 m, uncovered for 30 m.

Serving Size: makes 3 1.25 cup servings
