    2 medium peaches
    2 tbsp chia seed (more if you like thicker jam)
    2 packets of stevia


It's stays good in the fridge for about 2 weeks or can be frozen.


Cup up the peaches. And out into blender. I'd recommend cutting it up in small pieces. Makes the process easier. Blend to desired consistency.
Pour into small pot and add the stevia and chia seed. Heat for about 15 mins over low-medium heat. Transfer to an air tight container. Enjoy!
