Ingredients

    1 Medium appled, cored, sliced into bite-sized portions (skin on)
    30 grams of craisins
    1 TB lemon juice
    4 g (slightly less then 1 tsp) granulated sugar

Tips

Use citrus zest instead of juice for stronger citrus flavor.


Directions

Wash, core, slice and cut apple into bite-sized pieces. Place in bowl, add craisins, splash on lemon juice and sprinkle on sugar.
Eat with a fork and enjoy.
