Ingredients

    2 c Flour, white
    1/2 c Brown Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt

    1 c + 2 Tbsp Soy Milk
    1 Tbsp Lemon juice
    1/3 c Canola Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    1 c chopped Peaches
    1 c fresh Blueberries

Tips

This is adapted from VEGANYUMYUM's peach muffin recipe, via Yummly


Directions

Stir dry ingredients together.
Whisk wet till well-mixed.

Fold wet to dry just until moist.
Fold in fruit.
