Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 8 ounces
    Kraft Mayo w/ Olive Oil, reduced fat mayonaise, 1/2 Cup
    Celery, 1/4 cup finely diced
    1/4 t. salt
    Dash white pepper
    1 t. lemon juice

Tips

Add 1/4 C. more mayo for a creamier chicken salad.


Directions

After cooking chicken, chop into small pieces with a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and chill for 30 minutes prior to serving.

Serving Size: Makes 4 generous sandwiches
