Introduction

This is adapted from the Joy of Cooking frosting recipe. It is creamy and decadent, without being too bad for you! Ingredients

    4 oz cream cheese
    2 tbsp butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    .25 cup cocoa powder
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla gradually.

Makes 12 generous servings, covers a 9" round cake.
