Ingredients

3 lbs Beef Brisket, trimmed
1 can Whole Berry Cranberries
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Sauce
1 12 oz Can Coors
Directions
Mix Cranberries, Lipton Onion Soup, and Coors together.
Place Brisket in roasting pan, dust with salt & pepper.
Cover with mixture.
Cook at 350 degrees for 2, 2.5 hours until done.
Take meat out of pan to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. The gravy will thicken a little.
Slice brisket across the grain 1/4" thick.
