    1 boneless pork tenderloin or boneless pork loin
    1 can Diet Coke or other zero-calorie dark cola
    1 c ketchup
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients but the pork. Place the pork in the crockpot and cover with remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 10-11 hours. Shred the pork and enjoy

  • I made this with half the ketchup and I added this fantastic blackberry wine bbq sauce at the end-only 2 tablespoons for the entire pork loin and it was wonderful. We had the bbq last night and we're having it on a big salad today for lunch. thanks for this recipe - 7/5/08
