Ingredients

    1 package of Brown Rice pasta (I used a whole package of President's Choice, there will be left overs)

    8 Tbsp Vegenaise

    1 whole green onion chopped

    2 mini cucumbers seedless, peeled and chopped

    4 Bicks Yum Yum pickles, chopped (optional)

    Garlic powder to taste

    Onion powder to taste

    Dash of black pepper to taste







Tips

I some times add tomatoes, as well. This is a very versatile dish, you can add what you want, or take some thing out you don't like..


Directions

1 Cook the spaghetti according to package directions
2 While pasta is cooking, chop the onion, pickles and cucumber, set aside in the fridge covered.
3 When pasta is cooked, drain, run cold water over pasta till it is cool
4 If serving right away, take out the cucumbers etc from fridge, toss into the pasta, mix well
5 Take vegenaise and add to pasta, you might need more or less than 8 tablespoons, go for what amount you like
6 Mix well again, now add the pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste
7 Mix well one finally time, and serve, or put in fridge covered till ready to serve
