    1/2 cup fresh diced pineapple
    1 small banana (can be frozen beforehand)
    1/2 tsp almond extract (or vanilla, or whatever you prefer)
    1 tsp truvia
    4-6 small icecubes
    1 scoop strawberry protein powder of your choice
    1/2 tsp Spenda brown sugar blend (optional)
