Rice | Minute | White Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes), 2 cup Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 2 cups
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup
Fire Roasted Diced Green Chile, 4 Tbsp
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
Cilantro - Freeze Dried, 3 tsp
Directions
Cook rice with chicken broth according to package.
Mix sour cream, chiles, corn, and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Mix in the rice once cooked.
Pour rice mixture into a 8 X 11 pan that is greased.
Top with other 1/2 cup of cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cheese should be bubbly and lightly browned.
