Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce, .5 cup
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 6 tsp
Liquid Smoke, 2 tsp
Apples, fresh without skin, 2 medium
Louis Rich Turkey Bacon 8 slices
1/3 cup water
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and peeled/chopped apples & water.
2. Wrap each 1/2 chicken breast with two slices of bacon and place in a slow cooker.
3. Pour BBQ-apple mixture over chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is done.
Serving Size: 1/2 breast
