3 Cups Zuchini (thick slices)
2 Cups Mushrooms (slices)
1 Whole Onion (thick slices)
24 Large Shrimps
Tips
I enjoy this meal in 3 ways.
1. Eat it as it is prepared in the directions.
2. Add a .5tbsp of Soy Sauce to my meal. On occasion, I will also add a .25-.5 cup of brown rice.
3. Prepare a small side salad of romaine, cucumbers, cranberries, feta and Lite Ken's dressing.
Directions
Lightly sauté the vegetables in Pam with salt pepper or whatever seasonings you like. Do not overcook the vegetables; you'll want them to still be a little crisp.
Place the vegetables in a separate container.
Cook the Shrimp using Pam spray and season to taste. Combine with the vegetables and enjoy.
