Super fast comfort food! This can be whipped up in no time in the Pampered Chef DCB. If you don't have a DCB, just do it on the stovetop and it won't take much longer than the microwave. Ingredients

1 32 oz bag southern style frozen hash browns
3 1/2 cups 1% milk, divided
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 T. butter, unsalted
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
In Deep Covered Baker, place frozen hash browns evenly along the bottom and pour 1 cup milk over the potatoes.
Microwave for 10-12 minutes and then mash potatoes coarsely using Mix 'n Chop or a potato masher.
Whisk sour cream and remaining milk together and pour over potatoes. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and butter to the pot and stir.
Microwave an additional 5 minutes until heated through. Add cheese and stir until melted. Heat longer if needed to melt cheese.
Add green onions, bacon bits and additional cheese on top if desired (not in nutritional info)
