Ingredients

    Chicken
    Tomatoes
    Tomato paste
    Beer (Lager)
    Potatoes
    Corn
    Creamed corn
    Chicken broth
    Brown sugar
    carrots
    yellow, red or green pepper
    Onion
    Worcestershire sauce

Tips

You can simmer this for at least another hour to get the flavors blended together even more. It's great at shorter simmer time, but even better if you simmer longer.


Directions

Saute a whole onion, green pepper in a large pan. Pull Rotisserie chicken from bones, add to saute pan. Splash some Worcestershire sauce and some beer into the pan.

Meanwhile in a large stewpot combine a large can of whole tomato, a large can of tomato paste, a can of whole kernel corn and 2 cans of creamed corn.

Boil potatoes and carrots separately to speed up the process.

Add sauteed veggies & chicken and boiled potatoes and carrots.

Season the pot with Worcestershire, season pepper, brown sugar, beer,chicken broth all to taste.
