Coconut Oil
Chunky Peanut Butter
Eggs
Honey
instant coffee
almond extract
Tips
I used my home made coconut flour. If you use store bought you may need less. You can also use more or less honey to taste, but honey is wet so you may need to adjust flour. You can also experiment with what extract to use. I chose almond but will use mint next time. Vanilla is of course a great choice too! Lastly, my oven cooks a little less hot than it should, so keep an eye out depending on your oven.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degress
coat nonstick regtangular pan with cooking spray
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer making sure to get all of ingredients from side of bowl.
Transfer batter to pan with rubber spatula
bake for 20-25 minutes
put directly into refridgerator for 30 minutes
cut into approximately 30 pieces
