Ingredients

Marinade:
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 pounds Chicken Tenders
Sauce:
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Tomato Sauce (not spaghetti)
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Tips
Serve over basmati rice.
Directions
Marinate:
* Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne and black pepper, and salt.
* Add chicken and toss to coat.
* Put in refrigerator overnight, up to 24 hours.
Finish:
* Grill chicken till done brushing with marinade.
* In a skillet, cook garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
* Add cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook for 1 minute more.
* Stir in tomato sauce and Greek yogurt.
* Simmer, stirring, until sauce is thick.
* Cut up chicken and stir into thickened sauce.
* Add a little water if sauce becomes too thick.
